Visison: I'm not quite sure what this is, a robot or a human or both. More likely both. The shading isgood in some parts, and a bit weak in others. I really like your character's design, it is really original and unique. It was a bit hard for me to distinguish the blue glove from her wings(?) though. Also, some anatomy is off, which I'll get to later.

Originality: Very original. You are very creative when it comes to outfits and a character design in general. Nice job!

Technique:

Shading: The shading is good, except you have changing light sources in some places. For instance, her stomach vs. the rocket looking items on her wings. On both of the rocket things (not quite sure what they are, sorry D: ) the shading is coming from her direct middle right. But on her stomach, there is light on both sides. Also, on her left boot, the one facing towards us, you don't need the shadow on the up part in the center of her thigh. It should be shaded darker to the left of the ^ but on the right side, there should be no shadow, as that is facing the light srouce. The right boot's shadow on the leg is fine.

Now, for the boots themselves: You have the base color, a dark blue. But you need a highlight color which should be a lighter blue, or a white if the boots are metal or something else extrememly reflective. The spikey bits on the bottom could use a bit more work because between the two boots, the spikes look different. On the left they are long, thin and pointy, but on the right, they are more spread apart, thicker, shorter, and one is dull.

Skin shading: Her skin is good, except there should be a shadow that the hand in the blue glove casts on her body. Also, her face should have some stronger light on it then what you've got on the right side.

Wing shading: the blue part of the wing and the blue glove are too similar. It's hard to distinguish one from the other. Fix that please. Also, the blue parts of the wings could have a bit more shading to them. Also, there is a tiny red dot right above the right wing. Is that supposed to be there? And, on the left rocket, it should have darker values because it is farther away from the light source.

Hair and eyes: the hair needs work. Those zig zaggy lines are highlights, I assume. You should use the finger tool to blend it into the hair more. Also, acording to your artist comment, the hair is metal. Metal, like I said above, is REALLY reflective. Add more highlights and shadows. The eyes need some shading as well.

Breast plate: needs more shading

Anatomy: her thighs need to be way skinnier, if her waist is that small. Her arms should be a bit fatter, and her shoulders wider. All this is if you are going for realistic style. If not, then read below.

If this is more anime styleish, then you should still fix either the thighs (skinnier) or the waist (wider) for those to fit. She should also have a belly button? But she's a robot type thing, so maybe not...XD




Impact: Very unique, I definetly will remember this.

Wow you did a great job on this one! I especially love the shading you did on her skin. And the hands...you can draw hands.....omg teach me how!!! Lol jk but really great work!

The design's pretty sweet. ;D I don't often hear of bat-like Cybertronians (except Ratbat but he's a minicon~)
Not to sure about the concept of hair (?) upon her helm, however. She's got one creative set up for history but I'm not sure how canon it is to have Soundwave recording things for her. I can see him doing it for Megatron's purposes to keep up with what may be going on on board the ship but just for kicks? Seems a little off.
The fact that her arm sleeves are two different colors caught me by surprise. But I find myself actually liking the idea. It's a simple touch that really adds to her.
Cute shading. The optic design is pretty different and I like her pedes (feet) too. A bit curious about her optics; they're interesting but at the same time creepy...
